Early adopter sets are our first production runs, created before full-scale manufacturing. By purchasing, you’re getting early access to Innovio while helping us test, refine, and improve the system before injection molding.

These sets are 3D printed using PLA plastic. This allows us to produce parts in small batches while we finalize designs for injection molding. PLA is durable for play, but may show small variations from the printing process.

Innovio sets are designed for ages 4+. Use below this age range is at your own discretion, and adult supervision is strongly recommended to follow general choking safety guidelines.

All sets are tested to the best of our ability, but as early prototype products, minor inconsistencies may exist. If any part appears damaged or unsafe, please stop use of that piece and reach out to us. We’re happy to replace anything and ensure a safe play experience.

These sets represent the beginning of Innovio. Each set is an early prototype, handmade and tested to the best of our ability before final manufacturing. Because of this, you may notice small imperfections, fit variances, or areas that can be improved. This is a normal part of the prototype process, and your experience helps shape the final product.

As an early adopter, you will receive replacement parts for any damaged or defective pieces, access to new challenge cards as they are developed, and a significant discount on future injection-molded sets.

All sets are built to order. Once your order is placed, we begin printing and preparing your set. Lead times vary depending on order volume, but most orders ship within 2–4 weeks, with a goal of getting sets out closer to 2 weeks whenever possible.
